Before We Begin 

When we arrive at your site, we’ll discuss the scope of work and your personal preferences to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don’t, we’ll recommend solutions. 

Install Wall Mounted TV 

We’ll hang a mount on your designated wall according to manufacturer guidelines. We will hang your TV and connect all necessary video components. We will wall mount and install your 50″ or smaller TV’s, tilting brackets, full motion brackets and articulating mounts. Then, we’ll add the TV to your existing wireless network or a smart hub that you supply. 

Download New Features 

We’ll download your remotes on your Android, iPhone or Samsung if applicable.  Plus, we’ll connect and configure your existing network and make any required adjustments. 

Final Steps 

We’ll demonstrate how to change batteries and use the new wall mount system. We’ll let you know how to contact us for future support, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed.
