Is there a guarantee or warranty?
During the original manufacturer’s warranty period, most equipment repairs will be handled by the manufacturer. Keep in mind, Perfect Install guarantees the workmanship of our installation for a period of 1 year from the date of install excluding “Acts of God”. If something goes wrong after our guarantee period, Perfect Install will open a service call for the desired repair on a Time & Material basis.
Do you install products not listed above?
Perfect Install is not limited to only the services listed above. We constantly go through training to specialize and familiarize our technicians with the latest technology.
How do I pay?
You can pay with cash, credit card, or bank draft, when the job is done. Payment due onsite at end of project.
I don't understand the app with my system. How can I get help?
